The Star-Spangled Banner is Michael Ware's piano solo arrangement of the National Anthem. It is appropriate for nearly any situation when the national anthem needs to be played. Every pianist should have an arrangement in their repertoire. The short intro depicts the flag waving in the breeze. The harmonic vocabulary is fresh while still having a very traditional feel.
